HappyRobot, a 3-year-old San Francisco, CA startup that provides an AI communications platform for logistics, raised a $44.0 million Series B led by Base10 Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Array Ventures, Y Combinator, Samsara Ventures, Tokio Marine, WaVe-X, and World Innovation Lab. OpenLight, a 3-year-old Santa Clara, CA startup that provides custom Photonic Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (PASIC) chip design and manufacturing, raised a $34.0 million Series A led by Xora Innovation and Capricorn Investment Group with participation from Mayfield, Juniper Networks, Lam Capital, New Legacy Ventures, and K2 Access. InstaLILY, a 2-year-old New York, NY startup that provides AI teammates for operationally intensive industries, raised a $25.0 million Series A led by Insight Partners with participation from Perceptive Ventures and Marvin Ventures. More here.

Orchard Robotics, a 3-year-old Seattle, WA startup that provides robotics to optimize fruit crop management, raised a $22.0 million Series A led by Quiet Capital and Shine Capital with participation from General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, Mythos, Valyrian, Ravelin, Nico Rosberg, and Howard Lerman. Offgrid Energy Labs, a 7-year-old Gurgaon, India startup that provides cost-efficient, sustainable battery technology, raised a $15.0 million Series A led by Archean Chemicals with participation from Ankur Capital. More here.
Laborup, a 1-year-old Knoxville, TN startup that provides a manufacturing labor marketplace, raised a $7.7 million Seed led by NVP with participation from Torch Capital, Threshold, Heartland VC, Jeff Dean, James Slavet, Evan Moore, Daybreak, Westbound, Jeff Jordan, Marketplace Capital, and Market Square Ventures.
