More robot brains! This week it’s FieldAI announcing $405 million in funding. The company is developing “embodied AI” to help robots operate autonomously across any application. This marks Jeff Bezos’ third(!) investment into a $300m+ round for a robotic foundation model company, the others being Physical Intelligence and Skild AI.

Group14, a 10-year-old Woodinville, WA startup that manufactures silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, raised a $463.0 million financing led by SK with participation from ATL, Lightrock, Microsoft, Porsche, and OMERS. More here.

FieldAI, a 2-year-old Irvine, CA startup that provides foundational embodied AI models for robots, raised a $405.0 million financing led by Bezos Expeditions, Prysm, and Temasek with participation from Khosla Ventures, Intel Capital, and Canaan Partners. More here.

Overhaul, a 9-year-old Austin, TX startup that provides a cargo protection platform, raised a $105.0 million Series C led by Springcoast Partners with participation from Edison Partners. More here.

Aalo Atomics, a 2-year-old Austin, TX startup that provides modular nuclear power plants for AI data centers, raised a $100.0 million Series B led by Valor Equity Partners with participation from Fine Structure Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, NRG Energy, Vamos Ventures, Tishman Speyer, Kindred Ventures, 50Y, Harpoon Ventures, Crescent Enterprises, Crosscut, Alumni Ventures, MCJ, Gaingels, and Nucleation Capital. Nuro, a 9-year-old Mountain View, CA startup that provides an autonomous driving technology platform, raised a $97.0 million Series E Extension from Icehouse Ventures, Kindred Ventures, Nvidia, and Pledge Ventures. More here.

BinSentry, an 8-year-old Kitchener, Canada startup that provides an animal feed supply chain management platform, raised a $50.0 million Series C led by Lead Edge Capital. More here.

plancraft, a 5-year-old Hamburg, Germany startup that provides an AI platform for tradespeople, raised a $44.1 million Series B led by Headline with participation from Creandum, HTGF, and xdeck. More here.

Denim, a 6-year-old New York, NY startup that provides a freight payments platform, was acquired for an undisclosed amount by Truckstop.com. More here.

FreightSaver, an 11-year-old Huntington Beach, CA startup that provides third-party logistics services, was acquired for an undisclosed amount by Echo Global Logistics. More here.

Vayu Robotics, a 3-year-old Palo Alto, CA startup that develops on-road delivery robots, was acquired for an undisclosed amount by Serve Robotics. More here.
