Galaxy General Robot Co, a 2-year-old Beijing, China startup that provides semi-humanoid mobile manipulator robots, raised a $153.0 million Series financing led by CATL and Puquan Capital with participation from China Development Bank, China Development Bank Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Beijing Robot Industry Fund, and Qiming Venture Partners. PhysicsX, a 6-year-old London, UK startup that provides an AI-powered physical system engineering platform, raised a $135.0 million Series B led by Atomico with participation from Temasek, Siemens, Applied Materials, July Fund, General Catalyst, NGP, Radius Capital, Standard Investments, and Allen & Co. Terra CO2, a 13-year-old Golden, CO startup that provides low-carbon cement, raised a $124.5 million Series B led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Eagle Materials, GenZero, and Just Climate with participation from Barclays Climate Ventures, Cemex, Prologis, and Siemens Financial Services. Genesis AI, a 1-year-old Mountain View, CA startup that provides a physical AI research lab and full-stack robotics company, raised a $105.0 million Seed led by Eclipse and Khosla Ventures with participation from Bpifrance, HSG, Eric Schmidt, and Xavier Niel. More here.

Halter, a 9-year-old Auckland, New Zealand startup that provides a livestock management platform using solar-powered smart collars for cows, raised a $100.0 million Series D led by BOND with participation from NewView, Bessemer Venture Partners, DCVC, Blackbird, Icehouse Ventures, and Promus Ventures. Tacta Systems, a 2-year-old Palo Alto, CA startup that provides a smart nervous system that allows robots to sense and manipulate the physical world, raised a $64.0 million Series A led by America's Frontier Fund and SBVA with participation from B Capital, EDBI, Sojitz Corporation, CDIB -TEN Capital, Yazaki Innovations Inc., B5 Capital, Tyche Partners, and Woven Capital.
