We’ve mapped a path to 10× throughput and a 92% reduction in labor costs on a t-shirt sewing line, down to ~28¢/tee. Strip out the last manual touches and labor slips to ~4¢, a 99% reduction.
Automation flips the math on domestic manufacturing.
