Aizon, an 11-year-old San Francisco startup that provides AI-enhanced pharmaceutical manufacturing, raised a $20 million Series C led by NewVale Capital with participation from Atlantic Bridge, Crosslink Capital, and Uncork Capital. More here.
Greyparrot, a six-year-old London startup that provides computer vision software for recycling plants, raised a $12.8 million round led by Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions with participation from Kinled. More here.

First Bite, a one-year-old Redwood City, CA startup that provides a data platform to maximize foodservice sales, raised a $2 million Seed round led by Bread & Butter Ventures with participation from Leadout Capital and Pathbreaker Ventures. More here.
Logidoo, a five-year-old Casablanca, Morocco startup that provides a cross-border logistics solution for ecommerce, raised a $1.55 million Seed round led by Kalys Ventures, Maroc Numeric Fund, Gullit, Founders Factory, Sunny Side Venture Partners, and 216 Capital Ventures. More here.

Next Trucking, a 9-year-old Torrance, CA year-old startup that provides a digital marketplace for trucking services was acquired by CDL 1000, its six-year-old Chicago-based rival. Next had raised $273 million prior to the acquisition from investors including Sequoia Capital, Mucker Capital, and Brookfield Growth. More here.
Flexis, a 24-year-old Stuttgart, Germany year-old startup that provides supply-chain automation for manufacturing, was acquired by BlueYonder, a 39-year-old Scottsdale, AZ supply chain management platform. More here.
