ZSystems, a 3-year-old Casablanca, Morocco startup that provides a retailer operating system, raised a $1.5 million Seed from MNF Ventures, Witamax, Cash Plus Ventures, and Kalys Ventures. More here.

CargoFL, an 8-year-old Pune, India startup that provides transport management software for fleet owners, raised a $790K Seed led by YourNest Venture Capital with participation from Real Time Angel Fund, Peaceful Progress Angel Fund, Sanchi Connect Accelerator, Dinesh Chandra Agarwal, Dinesh Gulati, Murugavel Janakiraman, and Rajesh Sawhney.
