Exits
Ryder [NYSE: R], the $5 billion public trucking company, acquired Cardinal Logistics, the Concord, NC provider of 3PL services. The transaction amount was undisclosed. Cardinal is reported to have generated $1.1 billion in revenue in 2022. More here.
H.I.G. Capital acquired DX Group, the U.K. provider of speciality delivery services, for $391 million. DX was trading on the London Stock Exchange before the take-private. More here.
