Xscape Photonics, a 2-year-old Fort Lee, NJ startup that provides silicon photonics to increase data center performance, raised a $44.0 million Series A led by IAG Capital Partners with participation from Altair, Cisco Investments, Fathom Fund, Kyra Ventures, LifeX Ventures, NVIDIA, and OUP. Ghost, a 3-year-old Los Angeles, CA startup that provides a B2B marketplace for wholesale and surplus inventory, raised a $40.0 million Series C led by L Catterton with participation from USV, Cathay Innovation, Equal Ventures, and Eniac. More here.

CorPower Ocean, a 12-year-old Stockholm, Sweden startup that produces devices that convert ocean waves into energy, raised a $35.4 million Series B1 led by NordicNinja, SEB Greentech, and InnoEnergy with participation from Santander Asset Management, Iberis Capital, and Cisco Investments. Omnea, a 3-year-old London, U.K. startup that provides an automated procurement management platform, raised a $25.0 million Series A led by Accel with participation from First Round Capital, Point Nine, David Clarke, Claire Hughes Johnson, and Anne Raimondi. More here.

Autone, a 4-year-old London, U.K. startup that provides an AI-powered inventory optimization platform, raised a $17.0 million Series A led by General Catalyst with participation from Speedinvest, YCombinator, Seedcamp, 2100VC, Motier, and Financière Saint James. More here.

Lidwave, a 3-year-old Jerusalem, Israel startup that provides a 4D LiDAR-on-chip technology, raised a $10.0 million Seed led by Jumpspeed Ventures and Next Gear Ventures with participation from Sapir Venture Partners, OurCrowd, Teramips Technologies, Beyond-Electronics, Howard Morgan, and Israel Innovation Authority. Perceptyne, a 3-year-old Hyderabad, India startup that provides full-stack robotics automation solutions for manufacturing customers, raised a $3.0 million Seed led by Endiya Partners and Yali Capital with participation from Whiteboard Capital. More here.

Andalin, an 8-year-old Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia startup that provides a digital freight forwarding platform, raised a $1.5 million financing from undisclosed investors. More here.

Elixia, a 13-year-old Mumbai, India startup that provides a logistics automation and visibility platform, raised a $1.0 million financing led by JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation with participation from Motilal Oswal, Vimal Shah, Sparsh Jain, Vinod Dugar, Vimal Khinvasara, Ashok Shah, and Amit Chandwar. SellerCloud, a 14-year-old Cranbury, NJ startup that provides omnichannel ecommerce solutions, was acquired by Descartes, the large supply chain management software provider, for $110 million. More here.
