Massive Fundings

Flexport, an 11-year-old San Francisco startup building an end-to-end supply chain platform, raised $260 million in convertible debt from Shopify. The company has raised a total of $2.75 billion in funding. More here.

Mid-Size Fundings

Intelligent Growth Solutions, an 11-year-old Edinburgh startup that designs and builds vertical farms, raised a $28.5 million Series C from existing investors S2G Ventures, Scottish Enterprise, and Cleveland Avenue. Ospraie Ag Science, DCT Capital, Cofra Holding, and others also participated. More here.

Ceezer, a three-year-old Berlin startup aiming to bring visibility to the carbon markets, raised a $11.2 million Series A led by HV Capital, with participation from existing investors Norrsken VC, Picus Capital, and Carbon Removal Partners. More here.

Bulk Exchange, a two-year-old Bay Area startup building a marketplace for bulk construction materials, raised a $4.5 million Seed from various industry executives. More here.

Cargado, a one-year-old Chicago startup aiming to facilitate US-Mexico cross-border logistics, raised a $3 million Pre-Seed led by Ty Findley with participation from Nichole Wischoff, Proeza Ventures, Sahil Bloom, Craig Fuller, and others. More here.
