Polestar brought on a new CEO, former Opel CEO Michael Lohscheller.

Walmart is offering logistics fulfillment services to other merchants in a competitive move to Amazon.

CVC Capital Partners, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and GIC made a $15.6 billion bid for logistics company Schenker.

Defcon AI, a 2-year-old McLean, VA startup that provides a supply chain disruption intelligence platform, raised a $44.0 million Seed led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Fifth Growth Fund and Red Cell Partners. More here.

Redo, a 7-year-old Heber City, UT startup that provides an eCommerce platform for returns, order protection, and package tracking, raised a $24.0 million Series A led by Pelion Venture Partners with participation from EPIC Ventures, Kickstart Fund, Tandem Venture Partners, Cervin Ventures, and Aglae Ventures. The Rounds, a 5-year-old Brooklyn, NY startup that provides recurring grocery and household essentials delivery, raised a $24.0 million Series B led by Moderne Ventures with participation from Construct Capital, First Round Capital, FJ Labs, and Redpoint Ventures. More here.

Planera, a 3-year-old San Jose, CA startup that provides a planning platform for commercial construction projects, raised a $13.5 million Series A led by Sierra Ventures with participation from Sorenson Capital, Brick and Mortar Ventures, Prudence VC, and Firebolt Ventures. More here.

GSTS, a 19-year-old Dartmouth, Canada startup that provides a maritime risk management platform, raised an $8.0 million Series A led by Fonds de solidarité FTQ with participation from Export Development Corporation. More here.

Inform Ag, a 12-year-old Baringa, Australia startup that provides an intelligent irrigation platform, raised a $7.0 million Series A led by Rural Funds Group. More here.

Enteligent, a 4-year-old Morgan Hill, CA startup that develops solar-powered DC-to-DC chargers for electric vehicles, raised a $6.0 million financing led by Taronga Ventures. More here.

Smaller Fundings

Gimbal Space, a 1-year-old Union City, CA startup that manufactures spacecraft components, raised a $1.2 million Pre-Seed led by AUM Ventures with participation from Shakti VC and Z21 Ventures. More here.

Gatik, a 7-year-old Mountain View, CA startup that provides autonomous middle-mile logistics, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS. More here.

Exits

Shipsta, a 9-year-old Mertert, Luxembourg startup that provides a freight procurement platform, was acquired by Freightos, the publicly traded logistics software provider, for $6.0 million. More here.
