Xyte, a three-year-old Tel Aviv startup that enables hardware OEMs and their channel partners to build subscription services for devices, raised a $20 million Series A round led by Intel Capital. Samsung Next, S Capital, and Mindset Ventures also participated. More here.
Carmoola, a two-year-old London startup that provides car financing via an app, raised a $19.6 million Series B round. Investors included QED, VentureFriends, InMotion Ventures, AlleyCorp, and u.ventures. More here.
SeeTree, a seven-year-old Tel Aviv startup that monitors tree health, raised a $17.5 million Series C led by HSBC and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). OurCrowd and SmartAgro also participated alongside existing investors Hanaco Ventures, Mindset Ventures The Founders Kitchen, Orbia Ventures, and Citrosuco. More here.
Digital Infrastructure, a four-year-old Brooklyn startup that runs DIMO, a decentralized car data protocol, raised a $11.5 million Series A led by CoinFund with participation from Slow Ventures, ConsenSys Mesh, Borderless Capital, Bill Ackman’s Table Management, and ex GM CEO Rick Wagoner Jr. The company has raised a total of $22 million. Velou, a six-year-old San Francisco startup that offers an AI copilot for ecommerce, raised a $4 million Seed led by ANIMO Ventures with participation from Ascend, Sentiero, Revelry, Startup Haven, SK Ventures, and others. More here.
Atmen, a two-year-old Munich startup that tracks carbon for industrial products, raised a $1.4 million Pre-Seed led by Revent and Vireo Ventures. More here.
Saledock, a four-year-old U.K. startup that provides a unified ecommerce platform, raised a $191k Pre-Seed from Solid Bond. More here.
Exits
TPG, the $212bn asset management firm, bought a $228 million majority stake in Washington, D.C.-based Sayari Labs, the eight-year-old counterparty and supply-chain risk intelligence platform. Sayari had raised $56 million in total funding before the acquisition. More here.
Sphera, the Blackstone-backed provider of ESG and risk management software, acquired Santa Cruz, CA-based SupplyShift, the 12-year-old supply-chain analytics and regulatory compliance platform. SupplyShift had raised $29 million in total funding before the acquisition. More here.
