Impact Analytics, a nine-year-old New York startup that provides a supply chain planning and merchandising suite for retailers, grocers, and CPGs, raised a $40m growth round led by Sageview Capital with participation from Vistara Growth. More here.
Sway, a four-year old-Los Angeles based startup that provides an ecommerce delivery and returns system, raised a $19.5m Series A led by 7GC & Co. More here.
Recurrent, a four-year-old Seattle startup that provides EV battery analytics to shoppers and car dealerships, raised a $16 million Series A round led by ArcTern Ventures and including Automotive Ventures, Goodyear Ventures, Wireframe Ventures, and Pioneer Square Labs. Wave BL, a nine-year-old Wilmington, DE startup that provides a digital trade document platform, raised an additional $11m, bringing its NewRoad Capital-led Series B funding round to a total of $37m. More here.

Maalexi, a three-year-old Wilmington, DE startup that provides a cross-border marketplace for importers and exporters, raised a $3m Pre-Series A led by Global Ventures. More here.
Patchworks, a nine-year-old startup based in Nottingham, UK, that helps retailers connect and manage different data streams, raised a $2.2 million round. Gresham House Ventures led the investment. The company has raised a total of $13.4 million. More here.
